Although the gossip blogs are yapping away about Jessica Simpson's love life, Jessica has been hard at work developing various levels of her fashion lines. She signed a design contract with Vandale Industries in May for a lingerie line. She launched the line this week at the Vandale showroom in NYC. Ms. Simpson told WWD that her new line is "feminine, flirty, and fun." In addition, the line is said to have cuts and styles that will be complimentary to full-figured lingerie wearers. Good Stuff!
Next up, Jessica is said to be designing a luggage line for her Jessica Simpson handbags and shoes. WHAT! Yes, Jessica has enjoyed extreme success with her shoes and handbags. Her designs are often fresh and appeal to a great cross-section of consumers. I'm excited to see the luggage pieces that Jessica is offering.
